D.O.T. Physicals from a medical doctor are many times required as part of employment. Fas-Tes® Drug Testing offers physicals required for pre-employment DOT regulations, DOT Medical Examiner Certificates. Our physical includes a two part D.O.T. physical form as part of the service. Because Fas-Tes® is not a doctors office, we have contracted with a reputable physician that performs our physicals as a convenient service option to Fas-Tes® clients. We have a pre-negotiated price for physicals and our clients receive extra special attention from our contracted physician.

We streamline the process of getting a DOT physical for our clients by:

1. Setting up the doctors appointment
2. Supplying the form for the medical examination report for commercial driver fitness determination
3. Supplying the Medical Examiner’s Certificate Card
4. Picking up the results of the physical 
5. Reporting the results of the physical to the DER’s (Designated Employee Representative) fax, email, MRO (Medical Review Officer) or mailing address.
