Physicals from a medical doctor are many times required as part of employment. Fas-Tes Drug Testing offers physicals required for employment, DOT regulations and personal use. Our physical includes a two part physical form as part of the service. Because Fas-Tes is not a doctors office, we have contracted with a reputable physician that performs our physicals as a convenient service option to Fas-Tes clients. We have a pre-negotiated price for physicals and our clients receive extra special attention from our contracted physician. 

We streamline the process of getting a physical for our clients by:

1. Setting up the doctors appointment
2. Supplying the customized form for the physical
3. Picking up the results of the physical 
4. Reporting the results of the physical to your fax, email or mail

     Need a drug test along with a physical? Fas-Tes can perform the drug test immediately, set up the physical and report the results for both services all at one time. We offer very fast drug test results, short wait times at the doctors office, full procedural physicals and all services can be invoiced and paid for at our Fas-Tes facility.
